The Conservation Hut is located in the magnificent World Heritage Blue Mountains National Park, NSW, Australia. Opening in 1993 as a café it replaced the old Hut which opened in 1963 and was originally used as a meeting place for members of the conservation movement.
The Conservation Hut Cafe is open 7 days a week and offers a wide range of dishes from light snacks to full meals. Overlooking the stunning Jamison Valley you can dine on our verandah year round and in winter come inside to enjoy our warm open fire.
Inside the Conservation Hut are two magnificent triptych paintings by Reinis Zusters.

These paintings were a gift to the people of the Blue Mountains from Venita and Reinis in gratitude to Australia for providing them with a home from their native Latvia after WWII.
